Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy

Today, we are proud to share with you our new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy.

Participation in mountain running events means challenging yourself, exploring new places, meeting like-minded people and enjoying the natural world. We believe that these experiences should be equally accessible and enjoyed by all.

The aim of this new policy is to clearly share our commitments towards growing and sustaining numbers of participants from underrepresented groups. We hope to achieve this through collecting and sharing data, providing great role models in our event coverage and working with partner organisations. There are also some specific measures to support greater female participation, such as our new pregnancy deferral policy.

We invite you to find out more by reading the full policy here:

We look forward to following through on these commitments to increase participation from underrepresented groups, and sharing our progress with you in due course.

Share your thoughts

Something missing from this policy? We would be delighted to hear your thoughts and ideas - also any specific needs you may have that could facilitate your participation in future events.
